Tooth fairy shares dental tips in Armagh

The Tooth Fairy joined children, young people and their families to share dental tips and to highlight the importance of regular visits to the dentist at a dental information event held this week in Armagh Leisure Centre.
Arke Sure Start staff were on hand to give advice on the importance of attending the dentist and the sugar content in certain food and drinks; and to provide ideas for healthy snacks. There was also a visit from Tooth fairy who promoted brushing teeth twice a day, not to mention a variety of fun activities through arts and craft and storytelling with the overall aim of helping children and young people understand why they need to look after their teeth and gums.
