The Rights of Homeless Young People – Training Seminar 20 April 2016

This Seminar aims to support all those advocating for the accommodation rights of young people, by providing legal analysis of statutory duties to provide accommodation and leaving and aftercare supports for homeless young people.  This will include guidance on the implications of the Regional Good Practice Guidance on meeting accommodation and support needs of 16 and 17 year olds (revised 2014) as well as an update on recent, relevant case law.

Fee:  £45  (Discounted rate of £15 available for students, the unwaged, pupil barristers and apprentice solicitors)

Target audience: Housing Rights and Legal Advisors (2 CPD hrs), and all other relevant staff across all sectors.
