The six-session programme uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) concepts to help you manage your feelings when you are stressed, worried, or depressed. It teaches you simple, practical skills to help you cope with life’s challenges.
For this online version, each session will be made available on a Monday morning of each week but participants can watch at any time during that day. There will be six sessions in total.
Each session is delivered through a series of short pre-recorded videos ( homemade style due to Covid :J) and can be viewed through a private YouTube link which will be emailed to participants after they’ve registered through our website. Participants will not be required to video link or share any personal details with others.
Each session of videos collectively will last between 30-45 minutes and these are split into 3-4 shorter videos. There will also be reflective exercises and activities to do in the breaks between videos so extra time will need to be filtered in for this.
Please remember there is no personal disclosure required by participants so you can take the course at your own pace and in your own time.
