Outcomes Training

The CYPSP delivered outcomes training to a number of organisations from the community, voluntary and statutory sectors this month. The training was influenced by Mark Friedman’s Outcomes Based Accountability Model and the Theory of outcomes based practice. Participants were encouraged to develop monitoring and evaluation tools within their own organisations and to apply indicators to demonstrate how outcomes are being achieved.
