AWARE is delighted to announce the launch of a series of free online ‘Introduction to Mindfulness’ sessions, in partnership with Community Foundation for Northern Ireland and Bank of Ireland.
The sessions start on Monday 11th May 2020, will run over Zoom, and are taken by trained mindfulness practitioners.
If you are feeling stressed or anxious at the minute, mindfulness can be a really good way to make yourself feel better.
