The Northern Ireland Social Care Council in partnership with Skills for Care and Development, the University of Ulster and Queens University have developed a new and free mobile application for child development. This mobile phone application has been designed for social workers, early year’s workers and parents. Users can instantly access high quality information child development norms for 0-6 year olds.
