Action for Children provide a Young Carers service along with a Young Adult Carers service. These services provide vital links in ensuring every carer receives an assessment of their needs and we provide the understanding of the commitment and responsibility required of the carer.Along with Carers Northern Ireland and the Children’s Law Centre, we work collaboratively in ensuring each carer can access appropriate information, is aware of their rights as a carer and offered the support they need as a carer.
